What is Tincture Extraction?
Tincture refers to the clear liquid preparation made by extracting or dissolving drug substances with specific concentrations of ethanol. This machine uses specialized extraction equipment to isolate active ingredients from herbal raw materials using solvents such as ethanol, methanol, or acetone.
Powdered herbal or natural products are added to a specified concentration of ethanol. The mixture is dissolved, filtered, and processed. Fast dissolution is supported by jacketed heating and efficient discharge systems.
Crushed medicinal materials are soaked in solvent for 3-5 days. Effective ingredients are leached through controlled agitation and long-term standing (24+ hours) before filtration.
Solvent is continuously passed through the material until the required concentration is reached. Features single-layer tanks with high-speed agitators for rapid extraction.
