Camphor 11%, Menthol 8%, Cajuput Oil 13%, Clove Bud Oil 1.5%, Mint Oil Dementholised 16%.
For nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night/morning. Keep clothing loose to let vapours rise.
For aches and pains: Rub gently on affected parts 3 to 4 times daily.
