Do you offer free samples?
Normally, samples will be charged and sent out by freight collect. However, for some stock items, we can offer free samples, but the freight cost should be covered by your side.
Do you accept private labels on products?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM services. Design and specifications of products can be customized to meet clients' requirements based on the purchase quantity.
Do you have any certificates?
Yes, we hold various certifications including ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO22716, GMPC, FDA, RSPO, COSMOS, FSC, and CE.
Can you handle the packing design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in display design and manufacturing. Share your ideas and needs, and we will provide different design options.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 1000USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment. Longer terms may be supported based on cooperation.
