Put the medicinal materials to be extracted into the extraction tank and add a certain proportion of solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. according to the production process. The extraction of the active ingredient can be carried out, and the extraction temperature can be set according to actual needs.

The new solvent flows from top to bottom through the layers of medicinal materials. The soluble components dissolve and are sent back to serve as new solvent, forming a reflux extraction until completely dissolved. Concentration continues until it reaches the required specific gravity of the ointment.
